What does membership fee cover?
- The site’s operating costs, including the huge bandwidth usage (we’re talking about hosting 40,000 images!) and development to keep things running smoothly
- Creating original articles, conducting interviews, and performing research
- Assisting non-profit organisations, charities, and schools with various photography-related activities
How are my photographs used on Excio?
Your photographs are featured on Excio to showcase your talent to a wider audience. We do not sell your content or share it with third parties without your permission. Your work can be featured on our blog, in our Members' Gallery, in our Captivating Photography Journal, and on our social media channels, but only in relation to your feature and with full credits and links back to your portfolio.
If I no longer want to be a member, how do I cancel?
You can easily manage your account online or simply reach out to us, and we will pause your membership so that you won't be charged again. All your photographs and articles will be safe in case you want to rejoin in the future (unless you request us to delete your account).
Are photographs on Excio used to train A.I.?
No, the photographs you showcase on Excio are not used to train any A.I. models.
Can I sell my work with Excio?
In 2022, we launched our Excio Photo Library (excio.io). Currently, the opportunity to sell your work with us is by invitation only. We regularly review the content in demand and reach out to our members directly.
